Bright white High quality 8 x Cree 2525 (with heatsink) LED upgrade for SCC BA15S head and spot lamp bulbs from the '20s to the '50s. Flexible application - suitable 12v or 24V vehicles and compatible with either negative or positive earth systems.
Vertical LED arrangement is equivalent to axial filament. 1200 Lumen bright white beam with a soft beam pattern. Brighter than 12V incandescent bulb B23A (48W) in testing. Very low current draw - over 75% less than incandescent and halogen bulbs so great for low-powered, vintage electrical systems (800mA at 12V, 1.6A at 6V). 4300K bright, white colour temperature.
This bulb is a great LED upgrade alternative to a number of brighter 12v and 24V head and spot lamp bulbs including B23A. Made from aviation-grade aluminium. These bulbs don't have an integral lens so they can be used in tripod-type lamps.
